Through the Window

This is for challenge #3 at art_wac, "View From a Window". Illustrator & Photoshop CS3, took about 5 and a half hours. I wanted it to be completely vector but it wasn't coming out the way I had envisioned it so I brought all the vectors into Photoshop and messed around with it there. I am not very happy with it but it was a good exercise anyway. :)
